Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi airport after passing through customs and immigration, you will be met our representative/chauffeur from Alishba Holidays and taken to the hotel for check in where you will be spending two nights.
In the Afternoon, visit Akshardham Temple, also known as Swaminarayan Akshardham displaying the traditional Indian culture, spirituality and architecture.
Day 2: Delhi Visit
After breakfast, you will be taken for a full day sightseeing of Delhi.
Delhi is one of the most ancient and historical city and capital city of India too.
You will be visiting both old and New Delhi.
Visit the largest mosque of India, Jama Masjid built in 1650 and from the mosque glimpse of Red Fort can be had. Later, you will visit Raj Ghat where mortal remains of Mahatma Gandhi were cremated, then visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, one of the most well-known Sikh Gurudwara (Sikh house of worship).
Later after Lunch break at local restaurant (not included), visit Lotus Temple, a Bahai house of worship, it has become an eminent place of attraction in the city due to its flowerlike shaped structure inspired by the Lotus flower. Afterwards, visit the Birla Mandir (Laxminarayan Temple) on the way back to hotel.
Day 3: Delhi to Agra en-route Vrindavan & Mathura
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra en-route visit Vrindavan & Mathura.
In Vrindavan, you will visit Prem Mandir (The Temple of Divine Love) and Iskcon Temple.
Afterwards, you will visit the Krishna Janmasthan, the birth place of Lord Krishna in Mathura.
Upon arrival in Agra, check in to hotel.
Day 4: Agra Sightseeing
Agra is another most ancient and historical city of India. It is believed that Agra was exist on map of India during the period of Lord Krishna but Agra reached to its zenith during Mughals when emperor Akbar made it capital city.
After breakfast get ready to witness world famous Taj Mahal, a saga of love or a poem on marble which only true love could create.Taj Mahal built in 17th century by 5th Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, took 17 years to complete when over 20 thousand people worked on it.
Later visit Agra Fort, which was the main residence of Mughals till the capital, was shifted from Agra to Delhi.
After Lunch break at a local restaurant (not included) visit Dayal Bagh, the Samadhi (tomb) of the founder Guru and headquarters of Radha Swami Sect.
Drive back to hotel.
Day 5: Agra-Jhansi-Khajuraho via Orchha
After breakfast check out from the hotel and Leave for Jhansi by train, Shatabdi Express.
Upon arrival in Jhansi, drive to Orchha by road, where you will visit the Raja Ram Mandir and Bundela Palace (the royal palace of Bundela Dynasty).
After Lunch break at the local restaurant (not included) drive to Khajuraho.
Upon arrival in Khajuraho, check in to the hotel.
Day 6:Khajuraho Visit
After having breakfast, leave for the Western Group of Temples, the most important group of temples in Khajuraho. Afterwards, visit the Eastern group of temples, quite different with the other temples of Khajuraho dominated by the Jain temples. Later drive back to hotel.
This afternoon is at leisure.
In evening you may choose either both or one of optional tours
- Sound and light show at Western Group of Temples
- A cultural evening (Dance show)
Day 7: Fly to Varanasi
Arrive in Varanasi and check in to the hotel.
In the evening, enjoy a Cycle rickshaw ride to join historic and world famous AARTI CEREMONY on the bank of Holy Ganges.
Day 8: Varanasi and Sarnath
Early morning, start for a boat ride on Ganges. After leaving boat, walk in to the Streets of Varanasi and have a glimpse of Gold Finial of Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Back to Hotel and enjoy your breakfast.
Later visit Sarnath, a Buddhist site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after enlightenment. Visit an Archaeological Museum and other historical sites. On the way back to your hotel visit Bharat Mata (Mother India) Temple.
Day 9: Varanasi – Delhi – Back Home
Fly Delhi to go back home.
End of Tour!
